Free Installation and Defected Goods Exchange

Delivery Costs
Customers can enjoy free delivery charge for each order over HKD $3000. For orders under HKD $3000, delivery charge is HKD $50 per order. Delivery charge is waived when installation is selected.

Installation
Customers can enjoy free installation charge for each order over HKD $6000. For orders under HKD $6000, installation charge is HKD $150 per item. Delivery charge is also waived when installation is selected.

For extra peace of mind, we offer a free 3 months warranty on the installation for products installed by Everlux. After the three months warranty period, we also offer a one year door to door defected goods exchange service from the date of your purchase, whether you are using the product for home or business, Everlux can help you.
